Title : Business Development Manager (BDM)

Summary:

The BDM is responsible for developing profitable new sales, within existing Recruitment Solutions. Develops client-specific strategies and solutions, to increase sales and meet expectations, for profitability and client satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies sales opportunities and consultatively sells solutions and/or services.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Managing Director to achieve revenue goals.  ·
  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends. Generate leads and client database
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies.
  • Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and uncover and translate needs into business opportunities
  • Build a pipeline of all opportunities through managed accounts, new leads, and campaigns.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
  • Spends the majority of time meeting with clients and making sales at a client’s office or other location away from a home office.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, in business or a related field, with a minimum of two (2) years of sales related experience is required.
  • Extremely good communication skills required to talk to our US clients
  • Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience
  • Prior relevant experience required / MUST Work in US shift timings
